My food journey began more than 20 years ago, when I started a catering business in Sydney. I’ve always loved food, both preparing it and eating it, so cooking for others was a natural career choice, and mostly it fit in with family life…. that is, until the business became really successful, and it was goodbye to nights and weekends at home.
In 2008, I began The Cooks Room, teaching mostly seasonal menus, to small groups at my home, and that has now progressed to this blog.
